Open enrollment ignoring excluded plans

The benefit confirmation statement is ignoring the omitted plans set up in P085501. I also set up the processing option on the P085568 to only show plans included in the OE set up.  For some users the omitted plans are still included in the grand total on the benefit statement even though they're not in the detail.  This has not happening for all users. We are already live so any help is greatly appreciated!
