Null value in fnd_oam_context_file.serial_number

Hello,

I have an EBS 12.2.7 production instance that currently has NULL value for the fnd_oam_context_file.serial_number for my Primary Node's PATCH entry... Should I be concerned about this?

All other entries for my Primary and Secondary Nodes for both RUN/PATCH have the proper serial_number that's associated with the respective $CONTEXT_FILE(s).
