In EBS R12.2.8 , we are  often observing duplicate records  in seeded  oracle EBS table after patching due to two Set of records Set1 and Set 1 entry in the table column name "ZD_EDITION_NAME" . when we try to query those tables from apps user we see only one set of records  active i.e either  SET1 or SET2  its due to default VPD rule  enabled for apps user , however when query those seeded tables  from custom  database user, we see duplicate records as both set (Set1 and SEt2) records appears hence is there any ways we can see only
