OEM 13C is there a way to restrict access to only specific hosts to user

The current OEM host both database and middleware host being monitored . For the middleware environment we have two different teams we want to segregate the access to the users and make sure one team does not have access to hosts/environment manged by other team . Is it possible to restrict access based on host to set of users.
