Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. URL Media Object Attachments not working in 9.2

Hi Team,

I am having issue with attaching a file with an URL attachment like we used to do in earlier release 9.0.

I have a 900 setup where URL links to a file is working fine, but the same is not working in 9.2. Is there any reason for the same.

Found below document related to this where it says we should update the MOTYPE to 1 from 5.

1. Is it mandatory to update MOTYPE 5 to 1 to see the attachment ?
