E-Settlement and PO Matching

(Submitted this under the AP/E-Settlements section also...)   Regarding E-Settlement and PO Matching.  State of Indiana is contemplating purchase/installation of E-Settlement.  We understand that in order to use E-Settlement you must have matching turned on for Purchase Orders.  We currently do not have matching turned on. Can someone confirm if this is the case?  Does the system require matching to be turned on in order to use E-Settlement?  Thanks,  Mark McCabe, State of Indiana
