Can one Earning code be tied to multiple Plan Types (PeopleSoft allows to enter Mulitple Plan types)? if yes, How does Pay confirm deduct leave balances for the employee having balance in both plan types?
Due to change the Benefit leave rules in the company, we need to move unused leave balance to different benefit plans with different plan types. If both are associated with the same earned code (same TRC). We want the employee balance to be deducted from the old balance and the leave from the new plan type.
How does Pay confirm update leave taken into accrual record (which order it follows, when multiple are linked)?
