Revenue Tracking for additional opportunities against the same client engagement
Hi Team,
Would like to seek inputs on a business scenario:
Data Point:
1) Business is tracking the revenue for a specific client / customer engagement against a specific customer engagement code XYZ
Business Problem Statement:
1) In a specific Financial Year, there are scenarios wherein there is a requirement to capture the revenue against the same engagement code XYZ but for different opportunities
(The opportunity numbers shall be originated from Sales Force SFDC)
2) Note: Business does not want to create additional engagement codes for the same client rather track through some means against the same engagement code XYZ
3) Data Point: The client engagement codes are part of COA segment (Chart of Account)
