Unable to establish Fusion Connection in Data Management

Hi,

I am unable to connect the Dev instance Fusion ERPIntegration WSDL with test PBCS instance.

However, test instance of Fusion WSDL works fine with test PBCS instance.

Kindly help is there any setup required at Fusion end for the WSDL to connect. Please note the WSDL works through URL. But fails via client/SOAPUI.
