E910 - Format Time from 24 hour to 12 hour clock

Hello

I am looking for a BSFN which can format input time in 24 hour clock format to the 12 hour clock format.

For example: If the input time is 19:15 then output should be 7:15 pm

I have tried a number of the standard BSFNs available but none of them seem to quite work for this requirement.

I know I can write ER for this but thought if it was already available I could save some effort.
