Export and import OAM/OUD

I'm trying to find a way to export and import, or clone a OAM domain configured together with a OUD server, from one environment to another, but I cannot find if that is possible.

I see I can use config_builder.sh in order to create a template, but it will only export the WebLogic server configuration, data services, etc. But what about everything that is done through the oamconsole? Is there a way to export it?

Both version: 11.1.2.3.0

weblogic version: 10.3.6.0
