LASTUPDDTM FIELD on EX_SHEET_HDR Record

I have been working closely with my Business Intelligence team to ensure that BI reports created to display specific criteria reflect accurate results.  I was notified by the BI Team that not all PAID expense reports were pulling back in the report results.  The BI team informed me that they believed the issue with their report was a result of the LASTUPDDTM field not updating.  The logic behind the reasoning is if a claim is updated(say from APY > STG > PD) that the LASTUPDDTM field should reflect the dates and times of these actions and coincide with the SHEET_STATUS
