Need to downgrade our RAC databases into single databases. Need steps and Doc.ID.

Hi,

We need to downgrade our two node Solaris Sparc databases (12.2.0.1) RAC into single instance databases. I have already done this for one database but we need official steps to accomplish this so that we don't impact our RAC licenses. Please provide the steps and as well a reference to any official Oracle Documentation or notes.
