Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I try to make a allocate voucher and get such an error (

ALLOCATION_ORDER_RELEASE_D does not exist - it was likely removed by another user).

How to fix this error?
