Auto Deposit (Tr Cd)

Hello,

When adding an account to Automatic Bank Deposit Instructions (Tr Cd) auto fills to 23, unless changed or left blank (in which it defaults to 22). Is there a way to set this up so that it auto fills to 22 when adding a new account?
