API to load item for Quality - SKIP Lot and Sampling

Hi All,

We would like to set SKIP lot and Sampling Criteria Setup per Item, Is there any API available to load such item or Data loader is the only option. We dont want to set SKPI LOT and Sampling as per Category or supplier.
