UPK Install Publish (minor change)

Hello Folks,

After UPK was installed for client, we are facing issue where a minor change is rolled out to a single module, it takes forever to compile and publish and it clears everything else except the change.

It seems like that the complete code/modules are being compiled rather than just the one that has been updated.

Could it be a mapping or config issue?

Appreciate your inputs in this regard.
