need suggestion about inbound process for WO

Dear Expert,

We have a project to systematize operator's daily sheet.

So far, operators have reported the use of raw materials and hour issues by manually written on a piece of paper.

This paper will be reviewed later by the admin then she will input into JDE through P31122 and P31114.

We plan to make an application outside of JDE as the user interface for the operator.

This application will generate CSV files then this file will be imported by the admin into JDE.

As far as I know there are 3 different menus for WO's inbound (P31122Z1, P3111Z1, P4801Z1)
