False Positives for Nessus on Latest CPU ?

Hi,

    Anyone else out there see any potential "False Positives" on this last CPU release? I have 15+ findings showing on my recent ACAS Scans and I have seen no posts elsewhere indicating that these are "False Positives". Note that I have verified the Patches are applied via the OPatch utility. I also do not scan Oracle with Credentials as I have never had to when it came to Oracle Patches being applied or missing. I am seeing the following items as open (ACAS Plugin ID's):

86576, 111219, 111680, 118230, 80906, 82903, 84822, 88146, 90762, 92522, 94201, 96611, 99480, 101836, 103971, 106188, 109205, 124155, 125061, 126830, 130058, 121253

Any thoughts are most appreciated. I realize this is likely a question for Nessus, but thought I'd ask to see if I was the only one seeing such behavior before reaching out to those guys...
