What impact after apply RPC5 patches

Hi Team,

Version: R12.1.3

The Business is not applied any patches since 2014 so that we checked with Oracle support team, they suggested to be applied RPC5 and share the patch details.

Have one question: Is there impact with any modules after apply the RPC5 patches?

If Yes, Impact with which modules.Please advice.
