What is the latest Windows PV driver version?

I stumbled upon this document NP: Poor Microsoft Windows Network Throughput on OCI-C (Doc ID 2514025.1), which refers to "Windows PV driver 3.4.5 or above". The article states that the info applies to amongst others, "any platform".

However, I have only managed to find PV driver version 3.4.4. as a download.

Q: What is the latest PV driver version?

We seemed to have encountered a problem similar to the one described in the article. We are unable to move hundreds of thousands of files as a result. (from a standalone legacy Windows file server, to a new Oracle Windows  server VM).
