Guys,

Need help for i want know  whether the adop patch can do hotpatch=yes mode or not. We have 12.2.6 instance, now I want to apply the (28978298) to fxi the form launching error for few users. I just want to know whether the patch can do hotpatch=yes mode. Below is the readme contents. Please look this and let me know how we come to conclude whether the patch can do hotpatch=yes mode or not.
