JDB4100008 - Failed to free DOM parser handle

The past couple of weeks we have been seeing the following messages in the Enterprise logs:

JDB4100008 - Failed to free DOM parser handle

I haven't been able to find anything on the message.

Does anybody have any insight whether this is something we need to investigate, or if it is a message that can be ignored?

Installation Info

E1: 9.1 Update 2 Tools Release 9.2.3.3

Enterprise : AIX 7.1.0.0 (oslevel)

Dep Server : Windows Server 2016 Datacenter

Database (ORA) : Oracle Database 12c (12.2.0.1.0)

Web Server : Oracle WebLogic 12c (12.2.1.3.0)

  AIX 7.1.0.0 (oslevel)
