DST Changes - How will it Affect EM Running in Brazil Timezone?

Just a quick heads up for customers running in Brazil Timezones.  We have put together a KM Note that will be useful if you are running EM in the Brazil timezone.  As you know, Brazil will not be participating in the Nov 3 DST time change.  Read KM Note 2603263.1 to see how this change will affect EM.
