ap_supplier_sites_all.AUTO_TAX_CALC_FLAG being null after apply patching RPC 2016

Hi,

I have done applied patching RPC 2016 and it seems that  the patch update ap_supplier_sites_all.AUTO_TAX_CALC_FLAG being null that was setup with "Y". is there any API or scrip to update the flag status to "Y" again? or any one has facing the same issue?
