P6 Online Help Does Not Work in PVD

I am logged into P6 PVD and would like to access the Online Help:

When I click it I get a page can't be displayed error:

When I click 'Fix connection problems' it says 'The remote device or resource won't accept the connection. If I copy the URL for the P6 online help page and copy it in a regular browser window on my local desktop rather than in the SGD desktop it opens just fine.

This is a known issue. This is due to a security limitation in the Primavera Virtual Desktop Environments. Browser sessions are not permitted in the Primavera Virtual Desktop environment for security purposes.
