Problem with identifying SL150 in MOSC in order to create an SR

Good day,

I have a remote site with faulty SL150, and I need to create an SR for it.

The problem is I am unable to create an SR, because I am unable to validate the device's serial number. This may be because I was given the wrong serial number. Unfortunately the client's records on MOSC are not accurate in that all their SL150 device's address is shown to be the same, which is incorrect. Hence I am unable to identify the device in MOSC records using it's physical address (location).

Is there another way to create a SR, without using a serial number? Alternatively, where is the serial number normally located on the device, what format does it take? Perhaps I can try to guide/advise the on site IT Tech accordingly, in an effort to obtain the correct serial number.
