Automatic ACA 1095-C Forms consenting

Looking to see if anyone has automatically set ALL of their employees to receive 1095-C forms electronically.  This would require the ACA_CONSENT_DTL record to be updated to a status of 'C' for consent.  We have not done this yet but our benefits department is suggesting.
