Managing sysaudit files at os level of GIMR DB

Hi,

RAC 12.2.0.1, OL 7.7

Does anybody knows the official way for housekeeping the sysauditfiles of GIMR DB.

I just discovered that the "/u01/app/grid/admin/_mgmtdb/adump" has 6GB audit files, which will never be cleaned up.

May I implement a "dbms_audit_mgmt cleanup"? Because as per Oracle policies it's not allowed to manual change the GIMR setup.

I didn't found any MOS about that.

Here the audit settings of GIMR (MGMTDB)

SQL> show parameter audit

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE

------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------

audit_file_dest                      string      /u01/app/grid/admin/_mgmtdb/ad

                                                 ump

audit_sys_operations                 boolean     TRUE

audit_syslog_level                   string

Howdy, Stranger!
