Error "INS-44002" even if the location is empty

Hello,

I am trying to install Oracle Grid Infrastructure cluster for a RAC. I have 2 nodes (rac1 and rac2). Everything looks OK up to the step Installation Location, there I get the following error:

The Oracle base is configured like this:

I checked the content of /u01/app/grid on both nodes:

These locations are empty. I was trying to investigate what command the installer used so I started a trace with the strace.

Note: The PID of the sshd process is 1864.

When I used a grep to filter the content of the strace files it gave me the following result:
