Reprocessing Open Enrollment

We ran the Open Enrollment process and our employees are now in Prepared Status.  The Self Service Configuration will allow employees to start making election November 1st but we may need to change the rate tables.  What do we need to do to reprocess OE and bring in the updated rates?
