Patch 30138470 - Database Oct 2019 Release Update 12.2.0.1.191015

Hi, recently we have installed on Oracle Database 12.2.0.1.0 the Patch 30138470 - Database Oct 2019 Release Update 12.2.0.1.191015.

We have not found any error but if we try to run the query: select * from v$version,

the result is the following:

Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 12.2.0.1.0 - Production

"CORE    12.2.0.1.0    Production"

TNS for Linux: Version 12.2.0.1.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 12.2.0.1.0 - Production

The version is 12.2.0.1.0 and not 12.2.0.1.191015. Is it correct?
