Interbanch PO ( OK ) Is not having status updated when running R42800 on SK|IC

Running JDE Intercompany orders where an SI order is entered into the system, and an SK|IC and OK|D are created at the time of P4205 (Shipconfirm) Using the R4210IC. When running sales update on the SI and the SK|IC both records are sent to a status of 620, and the G/L date is populated on the OK, but the OK|D Status does not go to a 999.

Verified P4314 (Voucher Match) Settings on the R42800 - appears correct.

Any insight as to why the related interbranch PO would not have a status update? No Workcenter messages.
