Build Leave Group Automation?

Hello community,

Does anyone have a creative way to automate the Build Leave Group action within the P186201 Work With Employee Groups application? When you select the row and go to Row > Build Leave Group, it updates the F186206 table, but it doesn't actually kick off a UBE. Any ideas? Or does everyone do this manually each time they need to update that table?
