"Duration" column on the "Monitored SQL Executions" Page

Hello all,

On my "Monitored SQL Executions" page, I have a query that has completed executing (Status - Done).  The "Duration" column value for the query shows 5.8 hours and "Database Time" column value for the query shows 1.3 mins.  How can I explain the large difference between "Duration" and "Database Time"?  When I drill down on the query - it shows that there were 141,902 "Fetch Calls" - could this be the reason for the difference or is the time for the "Fetch Calls" included in the "Database Time"

Thanks in advance for your help!
