R31415 WO Print does not sequence Orders as called by WO Processing R31410

We are running WO Processing for a daily batch of fabrication work orders.  Those work orders are sequenced from F4801 based on Reference 1 (VR01), Parent WO (PARS)  and Reference 2 (VR02).  When WO Processing ,R31410, then calls WO Print ,R31415 , work orders print sequenced by WO Number (DOCO).  We have removed the sequence on DOCO in R31415 but that persists.  I assume this has to do with the sequence in the cache used by R31410 to call R31415.  Is there a way to cause the sequence called for in R31410 to persist into R31415.
