Attribute number field not populated when entered from custom manager layout

Hi Everyone,

We have to use Rapid order release entry screen for creating manual orders directly in OTM. We copied and modified the default manager layout for Rapid order release. We could successfully add Refnums (Pseudo), Flex field attribute etc., on our custom manager layout and user defined values are captured and saved to database.

When we use Flex field attribute number on the same manager layout, the values entered through the custom manager layout are not saved to the database. Has anyone else experienced this issue, Could this be a bug? We are using OTM Cloud 19C.
