Oracle 19c upgrade with clients on 2008R2

Hi,

I am looking for support regarding Oracle client 19c.

We are planning to upgrade our database environment into Oracle 19c, some batches are running from Windows 2008R2 server by using Oracle Client 11.2.0.2.

Also there is plan to create DB link pointed from SQL server 2008R2 to Oracle 19c.  It's using provider as OraOLEDB.Oracle via Oracle client 11.2.0.2.

Do we need to upgrade the oracle client on batch server and sql server?
