Aditional SCAN configuration on Exadata Machine Quarter Rac

Hi All,

We have an Exadata machine quarter rack in which below  components are configured:

Exadata OS version : 19.2.4.0.0.190709

IB switch version : 2.2.13-2

Storage version : 19.2.4.0.0.190709

DB Bundle Patch version : 12.1.0.2.190716

Grid cluster version: 19.4.0.0.190716

Now we want to Build a new 12.10.2 RAC database on the same machine and perform an upgrade to 19c RAC database.

In this case can someone explain how to deal with the SCAN for client connections:

1.either we create a addition SCAN for 19c RAC database ,if yes can we have a document for the same specific to exadata.

or

2. How to use same scan for both 12.10.2 RAC and to be upgraded 19c RAC database.
