What questions need to ask client we we want to use same servers

Hi Team,

One of our client is currently using JDE 9.1 TR 9.1.4.5 & Oracle DB 12.1.0.1.0  on Solaris 11 pate form and wants to upgrade 9.1 to 9.2 on same plat form.

I have checked the MTR and according to MTR Solaris 11 is supported for JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.3.X.

So before starting upgrade on same Solaris Server what questions should I ask to know whether current system is capable for JDE 9.2 upgrade & 9.1 can run without impacting any performance.

Some questions are :

1. What is the CPU load on Pick Time on ES

2. What is the concurrent users are available to use JDE system

Please suggest more question so that I can get better clarifications.
