ST/OT cost and price update at Ship Confirm

At Ship Confirm, we are using R42950 to update Cost and Price.

When using this for ST/OT, the OT cost is not updated when Ship Confirming the ST.

We are using a P4210 version that have Transfer Orders enabled, and also there is no status limit for changes. The only problem is that the OT is not updated, the ST is updated correctly
