JDE1-Lease Accounting why 2 different types of AAI LR and LOUA (ROUA Asset Account)

Hi There - Please clarify why there are  2 different types of AAI LR and LOUA (ROUA Asset Account). It appears that Accounts set against ROUA is used for Lease commencement transaction and the system does not consider LRxx AAI.
