TAM: Unable to close posted Job posting, after user updated Job Code

There are two questions here regarding an existing post Job .

-  Update to question:   We had a job posting that was on a Hold status, and during that time the jobcode for the position was updated.   When the job posting was then Opened again, the user had issues with the Job Posting as it displayed a message that the job opening required a position to be identified because we used Full Position management.   I did identify that the HRS_JOB_OPENING record had the HRS_PRM_POSITION and the HRS_PRM_LOCATION fields were empty.  Onrece i populated those fields with the data that was visible on the Job Opening, then i was able to perform
