Which document to use to update database after applying a newer DST?

Hi, Just want to confirm.

563019.1 - I am using this document for my EBS 12.2.3 with db 12.1.0.2, this points to applying DST rdbms patch using opatch. I am done with this step.

For the next step, can I ignore document 1509653.1 and just use Doc ID 1585343.1 to update DST in the database?

I am pretty sure but it has been a while we never applied DST patches in our EBS.
