This detail transaction causes a summary account to fail funds check

Hi There,

We have Created Absolute Budgetary Control Setup. And also we have created Summary Template with Absolute Budgetary Control under which there are many detail accounts available.

when transaction created for some of the accounts they fail funds check with message 'This detail transaction causes a summary account to fail funds check' understand that this is seeded functionality for a summary account to check funds of all the detailed accounts and pass the budget check. when sufficient funds are not available this messages is anticipated.

example- One of the detail account we have is  1050401, for which the account combination is
