E1 42 P420111 Why is the P420111 no generating sales orders from quotes/blankets orders

Hi all, hope someone can help me

I am testing the P420111 to generate sales orders from quote orders and also blanket orders, but when I am releasing the quantity full or partial, the program is not generating  the sales order and neither closing the quantities too on the SQ order.

After I release the quantities from SQ orders the program apparently reduce them on the screen of the P420111, but doesn´t show the SO number and if I close the program and open it again it shows the full quantity on the SQ order.

The SQ order is not updated too.
