Price change after PO Auto Sourving

HI for Peoplesoft 9.1/9./2 eprocurement,

We have a catalog item on a requisition tied to a contract with a price of $1.

The requester changed the price on the requisition to $500 (which is an allowed business practice). We allow sourcing tolerance at the BU level to 999% above or below.

When we run PO Auto Sourcing process,  it is creating the PO with the item price of $1, and seems to be ignoring what we changed it to on the requisition ($500),

Do you know what drives that control? we want the requisition price to be used.
