Account Derivation Rule for Prepaid Expense - Cash Basis at Prepayment Payment Rate - EBS R12

Dears,

I want to define a custom SLA. But I found that the journal line type"Prepaid Expense - Cash Basis at Prepayment Payment Rate" doesn't have an "account Derivation Rule" in oracle based SLA.

So, Why this journal line type doesn't have "account Derivation Rule"? And if I copied this JLT i should assign ADD for it or no?
