Not able to run the UPK for JD Edwards rel 9.0 downloaded from Oracle Edelivery

Hi,

I have a question regarding JD Edwards UPK,  I have downloaded many UPK from Oracle edelivery for release 9.0 while running (Clicking on See it or Try It) the UKP, I am getting the message "Topic is loading... Please wait.", Can you please suggest what should I do to run it. While another release like E19.2 or A9.2 is running properly.  I am using IE Version 11, I also tried on Chrome but same error.

Note - I have downloaded the UPK for 32 & 64 bit.
