When Log in to HTML page - I did not see E1 Manu page

I have just upgraded tool release EnterpriseOne HTML Server 9.2.3.5 09-20-2019_02_29 with Enterprise Server tool release 9.2.3.5.  This log I puled under web logic as link mentioned below :

C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\html_dv920_1002\logs

I am getting loin page but when I log in with JDE user _ dont see Menu page. Is it due to tool release issue or I am missing something ?
